First Meeting

During this 1 ½ hour appointment, you will share your story. Together, we will determine a plan to improve your child’s wellness. We will arrange for a brief, follow up phone call one week later to review any additional questions and recommendations. Prior to the visit, please submit all paperwork so it can be reviewed.
